  1. Show Stock From Multiple Warehouses and also allow ordering from different warehouses

    In standard Sana, there are only two configurations possible for how stock can be retrieved.
    1. One single warehouse for the whole shop
    2. Stock retrieved from the default location recorded against the customer record in ERP

    However, it would be nicer if we had the below features.


    1. Allow the web shop owner to choose whether he wants to display stocks for the same product in different warehouses.

    2. Allow the ERP admin to choose which warehouses he wants to use for the web shop (visible in web shop type of functionality).

    3. Allow a configuration whether to show a consolidated total…

    [SANA PRODUCT] This is a great idea, and definitely on our radar. The challenge here is that it differs from ERP to ERP how we deal with these scenarios. We have customized this feature a couple of times, and might productize it at some point, but most likely not in the upcoming months due to other priorities.

  2. Show Inner Qty near/below Price

    For each UOM, Sana should display the actual quantity for each unit. For example, if customers are ordering an inner qty, they should know how many units are in one inner. This information should be shown directly below the item description or beneath the price. Right now, we have to add this information to the Product Specifications section that is not so readily apparent.

    [SANA PRODUCT] This is known feedback indeed, and we know that adding more flexibility for configuring the Product Sets is desired. Although this is not our highest priority for now, it’s good to have this on our radar. Thank you for sharing your feedback!

  4. Product reviews - Not possible to see customer email address in Sana admin

    When a customer gives a product review, he/she can fill out an email address, but this email address is not shown in Sana admin to the person reviewing the product review.

    It is not possible to contact the customer in case of a negative review, to communicate an extra discount code,...

    Email address should be visible on the review form in Sana Admin so that follow-up actions can be taken.

  5. PreOrder in addition to InStock and OutOfStock

    If Items are OutOfStock but orderable, they should be considered as PreOrder and not as OutOfStock, since Google removes ads in Google Shopping if the Item is marked as OutOfStock.

  6. Facebook & other Social Feeds

    Would it be possible to add in Facebook and other social feeds alongside Twitter?

    Instead of creating a news page manually we can incorporate feeds as this.

  7. Better integration with MailChimp.

    Better integration with MailChimp, we can´t use a lot of different Mailchimp marketing tools with the current integration.

  8. Shipping costs message

    It would be nice if there is a shipping costs message in the basket "Buy xxx euro more and shipping will be free".
    The calculation should compare the subtotal in the basket with the shippingcosts rate.

  9. Can an option be added through admin to allow selection of a default shipping method.

    The default selection of cheapest is often not the most suitable. Customers see a box checked and continue, adding to post-order telephone calls and customer service time.
    Having an option to set the default would be more suitable

    It should be possible to configure in Sana admin to show product prices incl. VAT on product list, product detail pages and search result pages for B2C customers.
    We have some Sana customers using Sana in a B2C context who want to show prices including tax immediately, as this is more relevant for the end customer.

  11. free products

    Our sales representatives have a lot of oral agreements with sertain customers. A lot of those involve free products when you buy a sertain amount of a specific product. That is why I like to see a feature in the 'discount codes' section where I can make a 5+1 free offer or a 10+1 on sertain products.

  12. Ability to manage dimension descriptions in Sana when working with variants from ERP

    When working with variants in AX/D365FO, it can be that different products use different dimensions (config - color - style - size) and even that the values entered are not related to how the dimension is described as the values entered in a specific dimension differ from product category to product category. The reason is because you're limited in the number of dimensions one can use in ERP.

    Eg. mattress articles use just 1 dimension 'Size' with value 180/200 and a pillow article uses 2 dimensions 'Size' & 'Color').

    It should be possible to manage the labels of the dimensions…

  13. GIVE A USER ACCESS TO MULTIPLE CUSTOMER FILES

    A DISADVANTAGE IN SANA IS THAT YOU CANNOT LINK A USER TO MULTIPLE CUSTOMER FILES
    • The user login is based on email address
    • You can only create 1 user per email address.
    • You can only link this user to 1 customer

    Purchases are increasingly centralized. This means that the purchaser must be able to order for various companies that belong to the same group.

  14. (Easy & better) Translation of Flexi Tiles ?

    We have just finished our Sana website and our primary language is English (US).
    Now we want to start translating our website to multiple languages, such as Dutch, French and German.
    Our website consists mainly of Flexi-tiles and when trying to translate a Flexi-tile, we get a splitscreen where we then have to start again from scratch rebuilding the same Flexi-tile for the translation. (See attached screenshot) So we have to copy and paste all the information & texts from the original English page to the new page we want to translate.

    [SANA PRODUCT] Dear, thank you for the suggestion! We have been looking into your request. Did you know that if you leave the translation fields & settings empty, those fields inherit the original value from the original language? We also attached a suggestion for copying the layout to the translation. Please let us know if this worked for you.

  15. Volume pricing in NAV

    When you are configuring volume prices in NAV, there is the possiblity to configure a price with a maximum of 5 decimals. In Sana it is possible to show the volume prices on the product detail page, but the volume price will be shown with a maximum of 2 decimals. Sana is using the NAV base logic, so it would be nice when Sana is using the same logic regarding the decimal formats. I see this behavior for customers which are operating in the packing industry.

  16. Integration 360° product pictures

    Please integrate the option to add 360 degree views of product to the webshop. Alternatively the possibility to add videos to the products.

    People are more likely to buy if there are moving images.

  17. Delivery time per item (on stock/not on stock)

    If an item is not on stock, it is important for us to tell the customer until when it can be delivered near the "not on stock"/"on stock" message.
    In Business Central for example, each item has a 'Lead Time Calculation' and a 'Safety Lead Time'. Both values together plus the standard delivery time will represent the possible delivery time for items not on stock.

  18. Number of Child menu item in a row

    Option tho change the number of Child menu item in a row.
    Default is 3 items, but it would be nice to have an option for making is 5, 2 or 6 etc..

  19. Extended interval time for automatically log out

    We like the security measures Sana takes to reassure the clients safety on the webstores end. But right now it is too fast that the webstore automatically logsout while clients are busy in the webstore. going idle for just a few minutes means that you're automatically log out.

    I would really like to see that interval time to be extended when people will be logged out automatically or that there will be a feature on the admins end where you can adjust that time yourself.

  20. Add service orders/ invoices to my account

    It would me great if it is possible for customers to view their service orders and service invoices under my account. Just like the sales orders/ invoices from NAV.
