replacement tags
It would be nice if you can place replacement tags in e-mailtemplates from the customer card in - for example - the e-mail Sana sends when creating a new account, forget password, etc.

Postcode check
It would be nice to have a postcode check like many other websites have. When you fill in the postcode and number, the streetname is automatically filled.

Ability to manage dimension descriptions in Sana when working with variants from ERP
When working with variants in AX/D365FO, it can be that different products use different dimensions (config - color - style - size) and even that the values entered are not related to how the dimension is described as the values entered in a specific dimension differ from product category to product category. The reason is because you're limited in the number of dimensions one can use in ERP.
Eg. mattress articles use just 1 dimension 'Size' with value 180/200 and a pillow article uses 2 dimensions 'Size' & 'Color').
It should be possible to manage the labels of the dimensions…

Use default language setting D365 in Sana webshop
When creating a new customer you need to fill in the language of the customer. I would like to forward this setting to the default language setting in the webshop. When German is saved in D365 then the webshop should automatically show the German language and flag in the webshop.

Possibility to create a case from Sana
A lot of our customers use case management in AX 2012 or D365 to log customer's claims, as they first want to assess the (sometimes general) question internally before making a return order.
It would be a nice feature in B2B and enrich Sana's "customer portal capabilities" if Sana would allow to create cases instead of return orders directly. In that way all type of customer's questions (general claims & RMA's) can be logged in a more general way.
It should be possible to create a case linked to a previous order or invoice or a general case (document-free).

Auto create prospect with completed form - new customer
I would like to add a customer registration form in SANA. Completely filled in forms will automatically create a new prospect in D365 with all required data. The sales manager can convert it easlily to customer. Less work and more efficient.

Order of Items in Mix & Match
It would be nice if the order of items, given bei Business Central in item substitutions, instead of the entry order could be used.

Expose the shop accounts so that they can be accessed by Dynamics 365 customer insights
Dynamics 365 customer insights is now available https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/ai/customer-insights/ it would be ideal if any new sub account created by an shop account administrator was immediately surfaced in such a way that it can be accessed by customer insights. I believe that this would be quite easy to do and it would be a very quick "win" allowing insights to be immediately generated about whether the new sub account is being operated by a known contact within the customer organisation or whether this new account is a new contact. Obviously a new sub account could represent a person with considerable purchasing…

multiple ERP for same shop based on country
As a shop owner with customers and warehouses in many countries, it would be nice if you could assign a specific D365 company to a country in Sana, so that orders and customers from that country would be created in the country specific company in D365.
Today we need to make a new shop for each company, and that multiplies maintenance.

Edit sales agreements orders
As a shop owner i would like to use the Sales agreement functionality in the webshop as well, because all of our B2B customers only buy on Sales agreements from our ERP (AX2012/D365).
But if we turn sales agreement functionality on in the webshop our customers are not able to edit the order.
And we have to deal with alot of orders changes manually, after order creation, and that is very time consuming for our order processing office and the customer.
Please change so you can also edit orders with sales agreement connection.

BOPS - Buy online default store address so the customer does not have to manually enter.
