  1. Add the ability for customers to filter/sort/search in their suggested product page.

    This is a feature our customers (B2B) are asking for a lot. It would help them to re-buy previously bought products. Order lists don't work because their orders are not exactly the same each time.

  2. Exclude unpaid Sales Orders from demand / reservations and filter for unpaid SO's

    A customer has raised the issue today of unpaid Sales Orders being created in the system. B2C customer can get as far as the card payment screen, close the browser (or cancel the order). However because the Sales Order is created at the point of getting to the payment screen, the users processing the orders may not always be checking the order is paid and so goods are sent out for unpaid / uncompleted orders.

    Our proposed solution is:


    1. a new filter showing the list of unpaid orders on the Sales Order page, also visible as a column

  4. Customer Assortment functionality for Guest Checkout or New customers

    One of our customers is looking into preventing certain products being available to buy from customers in the EU. This would normally be achieved by Customer Assortment. However this only works if the customer has registered and is logged into the site.

    They have a Guest Checkout functionality. Along with new or not logged in customers, can the Customer Assortment take this into account - if not, can that be a future enhancement to the system?

  6. Mobile device barcode scanning opens the product in the webstore

    A customer scans a barcode from a physical catalogue on their mobile device which opens the product in the webstore where it can be added to the basket. A B2B customer scans a barcode from products in the store room which again opens the product in the webstore where it can be added to an order.

  7. Selecting a variant using an URL Parameter

    Selecting a product variant using an URL Parameter would be a good way for promoting specific variants by Google Shopping for example.

    Workarounds using Javascript won't help, since Google Shopping won't see the variant specific item information (stock, price...)

  8. Don't preselect a variant on a product page

    Current problem: A customer gets onto a product page with a preselected item variant. This specific variant is not on stock, this is why the message "not on stock" appears, even if other variants are on stock. The customer may leave without any further interaction.

    Solution: Customer has to switch to his favorite variant and the item displays "in stock" if there is at least one variant in stock.

    We do use 9.3 and i don't know if this behaviour might be changed already.

  9. Customize rendering of components via add-on

    Standaard checkbox, radio button, textarea appearence and behavior could be customized with an addon.
    For example, checkbox could be rendered as a toggle (or slider) as in he Admin area.

  10. Admin notification when new version of add-on is available

    It would be great if an admin could be notified when a new update is available for add-ons that are enabled in the webstore. These version updates contain bug fixes and enhancements, but the add-on page is typically not monitored frequently by webstore admins.

    For this the Admin notification email address field in the Basics tab (Setup) could be used, which is already in place since Sana 9.3.

    Hi,

    I would like to have a specific homepage for authenticated users (i.e. B2B Users).

    After the login, users should be redirected to the new homepage whenever they are supposed to be redirected to standard home page.

    In particular, users should be redirected to that page after login from standard homepage (B2C).

    Specific homepages could also be defined for customer or salesperson, thouhg this could partially be achieved with segments.

  12. Use paragraphs in HTML editor

    Normal behavior of most WYSIG editors, also Froala, is this:


    • Enter = New paragraph

    • Shift + Enter = Line Break

    But in Sana Commerce Cloud both gives a Line Break, making content creation much harder. Is it possible to change the behavior of the HTML editor behave like "standard" where ENTER gives new Paragraph?

  13. Split a item attribute into multiple attributes with a delimiter (filters)

    For example.
    Item "BALL" in Nav has the attribute "COLOR" With value "RED,BLUE".

    Now if i want to shop it up using the "RED" Filter it doesnt show up and neither in BLUE. The only option to make it appear in 2 filters.
    ITEM BALL
    Attribute: Blue: yes
    Attribute: Red: yes

    Which is basicly one big mess in the filter menu.

    Using a delimiter on the field like "," or "|" to split those and appear in list...would benefit everyone. And its 2 lines or code or something...

  14. Customers are viewing all orders in their account, even not their own

    Users (contact persons) can view, in their account after login, orders made by other users, which are linked to the same company.

    This creates confusion the least and maybe in some cases violation of purchasing information. This is worse for big companies and public sector with dozens of employees having an account on our webshop.

    When we create a new user in Sanastore, we create them with "Account type" = "Contact" and not "Customer". This way they are the only ones receiving the invoice of their purchase, and not the company they are linked to.
    But, they can still see…

  17. API to allow customers to order directly from their own systems

    It would be a great feature to have an API that would allow customers to add items to the basket electronically from their own systems. The data required would be similar to what's already in the order upload CSV. <itemno><UOM><Variant><Qty>

    It would be nice if you can place replacement tags in e-mailtemplates from the customer card in - for example - the e-mail Sana sends when creating a new account, forget password, etc.

  20. Postcode check

    It would be nice to have a postcode check like many other websites have. When you fill in the postcode and number, the streetname is automatically filled.
