  1. Order template sortable

    Allow customers to sort the items in the ordertemplate.
    Once created, you cannot change the order of items in the ordertemplate anymore at the moment.

    Some customers structure this list according to the layout of their warehouse. So if the order can made the same as the warehouse, the ordering can be done faster.

    Now the sorting is as items are added in shopping basket and the saved as order template. But if the sorting order changes, you have to do everything again from the beginning.

  2. Automatically disable internal (on account) payment method when credit limits are validated with online payment

    Besides the online payment methods, it is also possible to create a payment method linked to the internal (on account) 'payment provider', to enable the customer to pay the order on account.

    When credit limits are validated and enabled with online payment in Sana admin, you only expect the customer to be able to choose the 'real' online payment methods when he/she exceeds the credit limit, as you want him/her to pay online. In the current solution he/she can still select the internal (on account) payment method.

    The internal (on account) payment method should be automatically hidden in this scenario.

  3. Add possibility to support URL's as product attachments

    When using the inRiver add-on, it should be possible to add an URL as a product attachment, if the customer eg. wants to link to files stored on the website of the supplier.

    With the current version of the inRiver connector it is not possible to use an URL as a product attachment, in the same way as is currently possible when using Microsoft Dynamics AX for instance.

  4. Language support for attachments

    Currently the inRiver connector does not support languages for product attachments (mapped to the SANA_PRODUCTATTACHMENTS_RELATIONS setting in inRiver).

    It should work in the same way as with the standard ERP integration or Perfion add-on, that only the attachments are presented in the language the customer has chosen in the webstore.

  5. 1 image for different items in NAV - possible or not ?

    Is it yet possible to use 1 image for multiple items of the same type but different dimensions ? Now we need to use 1 image per item (although they look the same) which blows our database out of proportions.

  6. Easier Shipping charges by weight

    When setting up charges for a shipping method that is based on weight, it's cumbersome to have to enter every combination of charges from the lightest to the heaviest possibility. Our shipments could go from 1 - 1000+kg and the price varies per kg. So we could have to enter 1000 different prices in Sana Admin. And that is PER CURRENCY. Instead, there should be a 'starting price' and an additional price per kg. Then we could enter everything we need in 2 lines :)

  9. Unique discount codes

    Possibility to provide guests/B2C customers a unique discount code to buy a specific product(s) with a certain discount/price. This code should only be used one time and then expires.

    Redeem codes as it is implemented in Sana Saas do not answer to this desire and is no watertight solution to offer a discount to a specific group selected persons.

  10. Expose the shop accounts so that they can be accessed by Dynamics 365 customer insights

    Dynamics 365 customer insights is now available https://dynamics.microsoft.com/en-us/ai/customer-insights/ it would be ideal if any new sub account created by an shop account administrator was immediately surfaced in such a way that it can be accessed by customer insights. I believe that this would be quite easy to do and it would be a very quick "win" allowing insights to be immediately generated about whether the new sub account is being operated by a known contact within the customer organisation or whether this new account is a new contact. Obviously a new sub account could represent a person with considerable purchasing…

  12. Provide a Microsoft Flow connector into the webshop admin - particularly account admin

    Implement a Microsoft Flow connector for Sana Admin. This could be used for several things but my idea is to use it principally for account managment. Flows can now be triggered directly from inside D365 business apps such as Business Central. Thus when a new Customer account is being set up in Business Central and all is correctly configured, a flow is triggered and the account is set up in Sana Admin without the user having to leave Business Central. Sana now has the ability to automatically send out the "Welcome to the webshop" message and this would be triggered…

  13. Customers needing to order for multiple (bill-to) locations.

    Many of our customers own multiple businesses, restaurants, or chain accounts. They should be able to log in with one email and select the customer number (Customer ID) that they want to order for. Many time sthese are all separate bill-to's. Right now we can have one email associated to one customer account (or ship-to group). We have chef's at commissaries ordering for six locations (different customer id's) and i have to have them setup six gmail accounts to access.

  14. Customer Support (admin) being able to log in as customer with one click.

    When troubleshooting with an online customer, training an online customer, or trying to recreate a customer scenario, under the Shop Accounts Admin page there should a button next to the EDIT button that says "log in as customer".

    That would allow customer support to not have to ask the customer their password, or search the 1000's of user accounts to try to "represent the customer" when sometimes the caller is new, a secondary order-er, and doesn't always know the email of the account or even the parent company name. They just want help and want help quickly.

  15. Auto create prospect with completed form - new customer

    I would like to add a customer registration form in SANA. Completely filled in forms will automatically create a new prospect in D365 with all required data. The sales manager can convert it easlily to customer. Less work and more efficient.

  16. Chamber of Commerce API

    If want to register new B2B customers via the webshop, you want to check if they are reliable. To check new B2B customers a connection /API with the Chamber of Commerce is a great help. You also get the correct data, like VAT number, company name and adress.

  17. Add manufacturer code to customer assortment functionality

    In the customer assortment function, we can choose for item, item category and productgroup code.

    The productgroup code is no longer supported by Microsoft in NAV/BC. Since the item category is a hierarchical structure, I often used brand in the productgroup field and was able to to set customer assortment rules based on certain brands.

    The manufacturer code is a field in NAV/BC to distinguish between different brands so it would be usefull to have this field in the customer assortment functionality to be able to filter on this.

  18. Button Empty basket

    When customers order on a tablet and are in the basket they will click by accident on the empty basket. And then the basket is cleared without a question. It would be better if the empty basket button is in another place (not above the next step button) and if there is a question “are you sure you want to delete all items?”

    [SANA PRODUCT] We have heard this feedback more often. That’s why we have hired a Product Owner UX recently, who will work on the entire redesign of our front-end and Sana Admin. This specific idea is indeed on his list. We will first continue with renewing our Front-end Framework (ReactJS). We expect to provide a much smoother user experience in the future and we will definitely tackle this topic.

  19. VAT code from NAV

    In the basket the VAT tekst is directly coming from NAV, if a customer has set a code that doesn't make sence on the shop you can not change it in the shop. It would be nice if you can set a Sana text for this code. See also the examples attached.

  20. Recurring Payments for Subscriptions purchased thru the web shop

    Add functionality so that when a customer purchases a subscription through our web shop, they can “opt-in” to have us automatically charge their credit card for all renewals. Sana (or an add-on) would manage the credit card info and allow the user to choose card, update card, etc. Sana would pass a token to the ERP to maintain PCI.
