  1. Force password change

    When we create new shop accounts we create them manually with a random and then send sign in information to customer by email. Having passwords in emails is bad security wise, and we always encourage our customers to change password after their first sign in. But we have no control about who is actually doing it.

    It would be great if we on the Shop Account page could have some "Force to change password at next sign in" field, forcing the customer to actually change their password.

    This would make eCommerce so much safer for Sana users.

    [SANA PRODUCT] We have a new feature in Sana 9.3.2 where the Sana Admin user can easily send an email to the newly created Sana shop account. This email will not contain the password, but will contain a link to the reset password page. In this way, the shop account is forced to reset his password en choose his own password. That should solve your problem.

However, when you configure an integer or decimal attributes in NAV, the unit of measure will not be shown in Sana. For example; lenght as attribute, value is 46 and unit of measure is cm. In this case Sana will only shown 46 on the product detail page and not 46 cm

  3. Unit of Measure of Attributes on product detail/product listpage

    hello, At this moment we don't show the unit of measure of an attribute in either the product list page, So we show for example Depth 20 but not if it is CM,MM or Monkeys. Can we look at this? In NAV the there is a UOM field next to the actual value

  4. Release Notes on Sana App Updates

    It would be nice to see release notes on what is updated when you guys release a new version of Sana Apps. Even if it's just bug fixes, knowing what bug you fixed would be helpful.

    I’m happy to update you that we decided to add the bug fixes and added features, to the description area of Sana Apps. As from now, you’ll find the (customer friendly) release notes in Sana Apps – I just completed the work to upload the release notes for our Content Blocks.

  5. Product comparison

    More platform are using "Product comparison", for example "sitecore". They are using it as a tool for guiding customers and helping customers choose the product that best fits their needs. In Sana the comparison can be made on the specifications and can be used as part of an omnichannel strategy.

    [SANA PRODUCT] We have some good news for you! The product comparison feature is completed and will be included in our next release – Sana 9.3.4. You can find the final release date on our Roadmap Portal (see the link on this platform).

  6. Full screen Video add-on content block

    As a shop owner, I'd like to showcase my company and/or products with (online) videos, so that I can give a better impression to my customers on what the company stands for or what the products will look like in real life.

  7. Registration confirmation email

    In B2C scenario when a new customer register to the shop will be nice to have a registration confirmation email to be sure that the used email is a valid one

  8. Add comment, delivery date and reference number to order for B2C customers

    These can be enabled for B2B users and sales agents. It would be nice to also have these options for B2C customers.

  9. Availability of shipping methods by customer segment

    Shipping methods can be made available by country but could this be extended to be available by customer segment. A "Local" customer segment could have a "Collect" shipping method or customers geographically close to a store outlet could have "Collect from Store", like a click and collect. Or we could offer a premium delivery service for our best customers.

  10. Captcha

    The current contact form is easy to be misused to send spam. It would be nice to have some form of captcha, for example Google's reCaptcha, to prevent this from happening.

  12. Prepopulate the contact form for logged in shoppers

    If a shopper is logged in, we already have their name, email, possibly phone number. How about pre-filling those contact form fields to save them some typing? It also helps if they have a long customer name i.e. Johnsons Trade Supplies; they are likely to just type "JTS" making it hard to match up to the ERP account.

  13. Replacement Tag: can you make it possible with that you can easily create individual messages

    Can you make it possible that we can create individual customer segments "thank you "Dave" , "Ralph", "Tom" for being such a great customer?
    Like an "email template" set up?

  14. Terms and agreement checkbox (B2B) checked by default?

    When terms and agreement checkbox is enabled in Sana admin, for a B2B customer this is checked by default on the order overview page. Shouldn't this be not be checked (as is the case for B2C customers), also in the light of the new GDPR regulation?

  15. More options for coupons

    Currently coupons are applied to all products. It would be nice if coupons could be restricted to specific product sets. It would also be nice if the maximum number of redemptions could be set per user (i.e. based on user ID or email address).

    Included in Sana 9.3:
    - Discount codes with a maximum redemption per shop account
    - Discount codes filtered by customer segment
    - Free shipping discount code

    We are currently continuing with new options for coupons for later releases.
