Customers Customer Mode
it would be cool if our b2b customers could switch to a end customer mode (f.e. with a switch button).
the business case would be the following. Many times our customers uses our shop in meetings with their customers. But they don't want, that the end customer see their purch prices. so it would be usefull, if the sana shop user can configure some charges which would be added to the prices (f.e. individuall charges for individual items or item categorys)
another cool feature would be if the shop user could also configure the look and feel of the shop in customer mode (f.e. show his logo, colors, ...)
it would also be cool if the shop user could add the ordered items to a basket or whishlist and send this one to the end customer with the calculated prices.

Hi there, you can "almost" do this already :-)
Sana has the option on each shop account to hide/display price on that login, which will solve you case regarding the prices. We use that for some of our B2B customers.
Regarding the look and feel you can actually hide/display menu items, pages etc. using customer segments (we do that as well) so some shop accounts see a whole different shop.
I think that will get you pretty far :-)
P.S. If you are running AX/D365 you can play around with auto charges as well
