Provide a Microsoft Flow connector into the webshop admin - particularly account admin
Implement a Microsoft Flow connector for Sana Admin. This could be used for several things but my idea is to use it principally for account managment. Flows can now be triggered directly from inside D365 business apps such as Business Central. Thus when a new Customer account is being set up in Business Central and all is correctly configured, a flow is triggered and the account is set up in Sana Admin without the user having to leave Business Central. Sana now has the ability to automatically send out the "Welcome to the webshop" message and this would be triggered by the Flow. A flow connector able to send sub account details which have been created by customers back to D365 would also be very useful.
[SANA PRODUCT] Thank you for the idea Nicholas. Could you please add some more concrete ideas of flows that you would like to build?
If a new customer is created in the ERP, a flow could be triggered based on that event, right? I am curious to what extent this is not sufficient and what you exactly miss.

Yes that is correct. When a customer is created in ERP it would trigger a flow and thus create a corresponding shop account. This would be an excellent first step. Also Business Process Flows in D365 CRM now also support Flow (currently it is a preview feature) so a flow which would create a shop account could also be triggered from a flow originating in CRM. Likewise when a sub account is created in Sana a flow could be triggered which creates a corresponding contact in CRM..
