A DISADVANTAGE IN SANA IS THAT YOU CANNOT LINK A USER TO MULTIPLE CUSTOMER FILES

• You can only create 1 user per email address.
• You can only link this user to 1 customer

Purchases are increasingly centralized. This means that the purchaser must be able to order for various companies that belong to the same group.

There are several buyers who have to purchase for these sub companies.

WORKING WITH THE CURRENT OPTION “SALES AGENTS” OFFERS NO SOLUTION
With the option Sales Agents “Linked customers” you can give the Sales person access to the assigned customers or to all customers.
The filter is based on the “Sales person code” from NAV, while the problem is that you want to give different users access to a limited number of customers.
A 3RD OPTION WOULD BE THE PERFECT SOLUTION HERE
Manually adding customers to a created user “Sales Agent”
This would be a flexible solution for many applications

How this affects my business:
*1 person> 1 email address> 2 separate companies> invoiced separately. Unless he provides a different email address he can only hold one online account for one of his businesses with his one email address.
*Sales Agents we prefer not to have them linked to all customers, just the ones in their area. However some have a need to access two areas and we can only provide them access to one or all. Same goes for Sales Admins covering more than one rep, they can only be given access to one or all but they do not need to see all.
