"Shopping cart suggestions" element
The "Shopping cart suggestions" element could be a great re-marketing tool as long as it:
1) Suggested products relevant to the ones that the customer had purchased previously.
2) Suggested accessories for products that the customer had purchased previously.
No one wants to be suggested a product they have already bought. They need products which can be used with this product; accessories, spare parts or maybe other products of the same category. This information can be easily derived from a database like Microsoft Dynamics.
Right now, according to Sana support, it shows "exactly the same ItemNo which the customer had purchased before." But, the customer can see previous orders, in their profile, already.
