  1. Apply a discount code for all online orders

    In order to get my customers start using the web store, I want to apply a discount code for all online orders that come in for a specific certain timeframe (e.g. the first month). This discount should apply to all online orders.

  2. Provide a Microsoft Flow connector into the webshop admin - particularly account admin

    Implement a Microsoft Flow connector for Sana Admin. This could be used for several things but my idea is to use it principally for account managment. Flows can now be triggered directly from inside D365 business apps such as Business Central. Thus when a new Customer account is being set up in Business Central and all is correctly configured, a flow is triggered and the account is set up in Sana Admin without the user having to leave Business Central. Sana now has the ability to automatically send out the "Welcome to the webshop" message and this would be triggered…

  3. Check in basket on min. order amount

    Customers very often ask us for a B2B shop to make a customisation in the basket to make a check on a minimum order amount. That minimum order amount is set in NAV per customer. So the total of the order amount should be higher then the amount that is set, before they can send the order to NAV. This is to prevent that customers will send multiple small orders in a week, than the handling will cost more than if the customer combine all in one order.

  4. more options for "Availability depends on stock" function

    More options are needed for "Availability depends on stock" function. The option should be added to product sets, product lists and maybe idividual items.
    My Reasoning: I have a bunch of items lying around in my warehouse that I want to get rid of, therefore I would like to list them on the web store.
    The problem is that I also want to dropship a bunch of items that I don’t have in my warehouse.
    Current functionality will have me choose either or of the above. We need more flexibility

  5. Validate ZIP code and country

    The ZIP codes from a city should be validated by the ERP. The transport cost often depends on country but currently, SANA allows any ZIP code and country combination. So I have had B2C scenario's where customers selected the wrong country and payed less transport costs due to this.

    1) Option to set the field zip code in SANA admin as drop down instead of text for customer registration & profile fields.

    2) If this set like this in SANA, customers can only select ZIP codes based on the ZIP code table of the ERP. In this case the list…

    [SANA PRODUCT] We have this feedback on our radar. The challenge here is that we sell Sana globally, and each country has it’s own taxonomy / rules for zip codes and cities. There are multiple third-party companies that are specialized in validating this information. Some of our customers customize Sana and implement this validation there. To what extent can ZIP code validation be done on the ERP side in your experience?

  6. Auto create prospect with completed form - new customer

    I would like to add a customer registration form in SANA. Completely filled in forms will automatically create a new prospect in D365 with all required data. The sales manager can convert it easlily to customer. Less work and more efficient.

  7. Unique discount codes

    Possibility to provide guests/B2C customers a unique discount code to buy a specific product(s) with a certain discount/price. This code should only be used one time and then expires.

    Redeem codes as it is implemented in Sana Saas do not answer to this desire and is no watertight solution to offer a discount to a specific group selected persons.

  8. Add possibility to support URL's as product attachments

    When using the inRiver add-on, it should be possible to add an URL as a product attachment, if the customer eg. wants to link to files stored on the website of the supplier.

    With the current version of the inRiver connector it is not possible to use an URL as a product attachment, in the same way as is currently possible when using Microsoft Dynamics AX for instance.

  9. Language support for attachments

    Currently the inRiver connector does not support languages for product attachments (mapped to the SANA_PRODUCTATTACHMENTS_RELATIONS setting in inRiver).

    It should work in the same way as with the standard ERP integration or Perfion add-on, that only the attachments are presented in the language the customer has chosen in the webstore.

    [SANA PRODUCT] We looked into this issue, and it seems that we don’t support language specific attachments for our ERPs for product attachments (only for sales document attachments). We indeed support language specific attachments in our PIM systems. The development team will look into this scenario.

  10. Possibility of configuring rules or use ERP logic/calendar for requested delivery date picker during checkout

    It should be possible to configure rules for the date picker of the requested delivery date field during checkout, so that a shop owner can define that delivery in the weekend (eg. on Sunday) or the next day is not possible by default.

    A very nice integration feature would be that the ERP calendar of deliveries for that specific customer is retrieved and only relevant dates are available to be selected. Eg, the customer can only select Tuesdays or Thursdays, if that is the setup on the customer card in ERP.

  11. Possibility to create a case from Sana

    A lot of our customers use case management in AX 2012 or D365 to log customer's claims, as they first want to assess the (sometimes general) question internally before making a return order.

    It would be a nice feature in B2B and enrich Sana's "customer portal capabilities" if Sana would allow to create cases instead of return orders directly. In that way all type of customer's questions (general claims & RMA's) can be logged in a more general way.

    It should be possible to create a case linked to a previous order or invoice or a general case (document-free).

  12. Google analytics E-commerce features

    It would be helpful if there could be a document which explains the use of Google Analytics E-commerce platform. Now there is one for standard Google Analytics and goals, but not for the specific E-commerce features.

    Info that can be given:

    - Use of Google Tag Manager
    - Which variables should be used in the datalayer
    - How to display revenue, conversion percentage for E-commerce, Unique purcheases,...

    Metatags are not auto populated through a field in SAP B1, as manually filling metatags for every product is very time consuming. There should be an option to upload metatags through CSV based on product code. We have also talked to few of other SANA users and they also have same issues.

    [SANA PRODUCT] The meta description fields are auto populated based on the Product Description. It’s also possible to override this auto populating when manually adding a Meta Description under the Advanced Tab while editing a product in Sana Admin. If that’s not working for you properly, please contact your Service Consultant.

    Which fields from SAP B1 would you like to populate as the Meta Description?

  15. Add your refrence no. as a search option in order history

    I would be nice if the field "your refrence no." is an extra search option in order history. The refrence no. can be filled making an order in the shop.

    [SANA PRODUCT] We are planning to redesign the My Account pages entirely including it’s search functionality there. We acknowledge that the search options could be improved here. We don’t have an ETA yet for these updates, but please follow roadmap.sana-commerce.com for the latest updates.

  16. Order of Items in Mix & Match

    It would be nice if the order of items, given bei Business Central in item substitutions, instead of the entry order could be used.

  17. Extend Sana Admin search functionality to include Sana Help (and Sana University) articles

    Extend Sana Admin search functionality to include articles from Sana Help and Sana University in search suggestions regarding current Sana setup.

    For example when customer search for "Discount" top suggestions should be link(s) for "Discount" in Sana Admin and at the bottom should be suggestions with link(s) to Sana Help or Sana University with respect of current Sana setup.
    So, if customer has configured NAV ERP connection, customer do not need link(s) to Help Sana with AX, GP, SAP articles, but only NAV.

    This will dramatically improve Sana Admin user experience.

    [SANA PRODUCT] This is a very good idea. We are currently investigating an improved version of our Sana Help (we call this project Community 2.0). As part of this project, the entire Sana Help functionality will be improved. Step 2 will be a smart integration with our Sana Admin panel to improve our customer experience for daily operations.   18. Login Pop-Up Window

    It would be nice to have the login as a pop-up instead of going to a flexi-page / login page. We have a lot of products so when a customer accidentally hovers over the navigation menu the login area is blocked.

  19. FAQ as Content Element

    It would be awesome to create a content element using the same architecture as the FAQ web pages so that common questions could be embedded on other Flexi-Pages, or within PDPs and PLPs.

  20. News Editing

    Hi there.

    When making articles in the News (system page) it is unable to add extra content blocks to those pages. This would make the news area a lot more pleasant to go over it or check some articles out. If we could add a product set to it, we can redirect again to our commerce and we could even add the newsletter subscription, so we can have more customers to give a heads up for new products etc. ( Currently working on 9.2 --> possible?)
