We get a lot of requests that come down to: “can we have the ability for new Shipping Addresses to be saved to NAV and an Address Book in My Account when they’re created in the checkout process?”.
In practice there are a number of interconnected requests, like wanting to save/edit a contact number and delivery instructions for an existing address and copy them to the basket, wanting customers to be able to order to an address created online when placing a telephone order, and wanting B2C customers to have typical address book functionality; but they all basically come down…

Extended interval time for automatically log out
We like the security measures Sana takes to reassure the clients safety on the webstores end. But right now it is too fast that the webstore automatically logsout while clients are busy in the webstore. going idle for just a few minutes means that you're automatically log out.
I would really like to see that interval time to be extended when people will be logged out automatically or that there will be a feature on the admins end where you can adjust that time yourself.

Special (non-latin) alphabet letters in URLs
There is a bug with the special alphabet letters, ONLY for Product Detail Pages.
When viewing a product in Danish or Swedish language, which has special (non-latin) alphabet letters in the URL, and then switch language (from Danish to Swedish or the other way around) the new page is a 500 server error page!
This is a big drawback, as some of our customers (that convert) change the language of their landing page. replacement tags
It would be nice if you can place replacement tags in e-mailtemplates from the customer card in - for example - the e-mail Sana sends when creating a new account, forget password, etc.

Show Inner Qty near/below Price
For each UOM, Sana should display the actual quantity for each unit. For example, if customers are ordering an inner qty, they should know how many units are in one inner. This information should be shown directly below the item description or beneath the price. Right now, we have to add this information to the Product Specifications section that is not so readily apparent.

Product reviews - Not possible to see customer email address in Sana admin
When a customer gives a product review, he/she can fill out an email address, but this email address is not shown in Sana admin to the person reviewing the product review.
It is not possible to contact the customer in case of a negative review, to communicate an extra discount code,...
Email address should be visible on the review form in Sana Admin so that follow-up actions can be taken.

Add-on Mollie: Choose field for payment reference
With the latest update of the Mollie Add-On, the reference of the sales order was replaced by their own order reference.
This causes more confusion and searching when you manually link payments to customers / invoices in NAV.
It would be nice to have the option to choose for a reference in the payment link such as customer number and/or order number from SANA/NAV.

Shipping costs message
It would be nice if there is a shipping costs message in the basket "Buy xxx euro more and shipping will be free".
The calculation should compare the subtotal in the basket with the shippingcosts rate.28 votes -
PreOrder in addition to InStock and OutOfStock
If Items are OutOfStock but orderable, they should be considered as PreOrder and not as OutOfStock, since Google removes ads in Google Shopping if the Item is marked as OutOfStock.

Show Stock From Multiple Warehouses and also allow ordering from different warehouses
In standard Sana, there are only two configurations possible for how stock can be retrieved.
1. One single warehouse for the whole shop
2. Stock retrieved from the default location recorded against the customer record in ERPHowever, it would be nicer if we had the below features.
- Allow the web shop owner to choose whether he wants to display stocks for the same product in different warehouses.
- Allow the ERP admin to choose which warehouses he wants to use for the web shop (visible in web shop type of functionality).
- Allow a configuration whether to show a consolidated total…
63 votes[SANA PRODUCT] This is a great idea, and definitely on our radar. The challenge here is that it differs from ERP to ERP how we deal with these scenarios. We have customized this feature a couple of times, and might productize it at some point, but most likely not in the upcoming months due to other priorities.

Country translations
In the Sana shop are different pages where a country can be selected. The name of the country is de description of the country out of NAV/BC. However, this description can not be translated. Not in NAV/BC and not in de Sana Admin.
It would be nice to have this opportunity.

Webshop categories (front-end) alphabetical in every language
Webshop categories (front-end) alphabetical in every language. (one store with different languages)
In de backend you can move your categories form exmple to an alphabetical order (primary language is ENG). On the front-end everething looks perfect when the webshop languge is set on ENG. When you change the webshop language in for example NLD or DE of FR de Alphabetical order for the categories dos not exist anymore.
Is there an option possible (alphabetical on/off) of you can make this where you can sett this function active or not.

Better integration with MailChimp.
Better integration with MailChimp, we can´t use a lot of different Mailchimp marketing tools with the current integration.

There is no option to mass import Descriptions.
Where product descriptions exist, there is no option to import a (for example) CSV file with the descriptions. When such descriptions are created Extended Text from Dynamics Nav will not be available in Sana.
