  3. Show prices

    If a (b2b) customer is logged in to the shop, he/she should be able to choose, which prices are shown.

    Dealers often have their customers standing beside the desk with the eyes right on the computer. The dealers do not want the customer to see the net prices or discount on the gross prices.

    There could be the following options:
    - Show gross price with discount
    - Show net price
    - Show gross price

    [SANA PRODUCT] Thanks for these comments! In Sana 9.3.0, it’s possible to configure how prices are shown. This applies to the entire web store, and not on customer level. If we understand you correctly, you are looking for a configuration so that the shop account owner itself can change this setting as well, right?

  4. Show Unit Price even when UOM is the Inner

    Right now, we only allow customers to order by the inner qty so the product price shows the inner price. Under Product Specifications, when we choose "Unit Price" Sana pulls the UOM price versus the actual Unit Price as it is in our ERP (Dynamics 365 BC). This should be a default option shown as the unit price is an integral piece of information.

  5. Fill "Main navigation Item" from product import scheduled task

    When we import new products to our webshop through the ERP system (Dynamics NAV), they do appear in the right menu and category in SANA, but the field "main navigation item" does not automatically fill. We have to manually re-import all available categories on the SANA side. Since we continuously add new products to our webshop this seems a arduous task that could be automated.

  6. UOM in stock text

    In the stock text you can add the stock amount but not the Unit of Measure. It would be nice if the UOM can be added in the stock text as a tag. For example [STOCKAMOUNT] [UOM] in stock. If you change the UOM the UOM in the stock text also should change.

  7. Copying webstores in SAAS

    We have a customer that have 3 beta webstores and 3 live webstores. They want to have one-to-one settings in their test before it goes to live. Every time they do a change they must do exactly the same settings in live or other webstores (they are on Sana SAAS). It would be nice to have an option (as a user or via Sana) to copy such webstores.

    [SANA PRODUCT] We are aware that the data portability for data in Sana leaves room for improvement. This contains not only data in Sana Admin – such as shop accounts – but also settings and configuration. We are aware of that and prioritize the different data sources based on our customer feedback. We have data portability on our radar, and will work on further improve this in the future.

  8. discount code minimum basket value

    Make it possible to set a minimum basket value for a discount code to be valid. For example, we want to give 10 euro's discount, but only if the customer orders for more than 100 euro's.

    Maybe make it possible to create a customer segment based on basket value? Then we can add the customer segment to the discount code.

  9. Send the communication language to the Sana newsletter subscription list in Mailchimp

    Currently the language of a newsletter subscriber is stored in Sana, but not sent to Mailchimp in the Sana newletter subscriber list when using the add-on. It is important to be able to sent communication to a subscriber in his/her language.

  10. Visitors segmentation according to website's language

    It would be very handy if we could create segments to hide or show content according to the language that the visitor selects on the website.
    That is, before they log in, otherwise we can use one of the [Customer] fields.

    99% of the time, the visitor that chooses a language is located in the related country. We have content that is not relevant to people in specific countries because we don't sell some products there. But we are forced to translate the content (otherwise the blocks will take the primary language) and to write a note that it is…

  11. Sell products by length or width

    We are selling products by length or width, and often our buys multiple pieces of a product.

    For example can a customer select 2 meters of a product, push the purchase button, and after that select 3 meters of the same product and push the purchase button. This should be 2 lines in the basket for each Product addition, but instead you get 1 line with 5 meters length. This makes it impossible for us to know how many pcs and lengths our customer requires.

    Videos in full width on large screens are not responsive to mobile screens. In that case, SANA will only show a thumbnail picture on small screens instead of the video.

  15. "Child menu items" content element for flexi pages

    The "child menu items" make the presentation of categories/sub-categories very easy; but only for navigation menu items.
    For flexi pages we need to manually create "children" that we want to present under a common topic. This is time consuming.
    It would be very handy and time saving if we could use the "child menu items" in flexi pages.
    1) Create the landing pages of the "children".
    2) Add an image for each "child" like when editing a "Menu item".
    3) Add the "Child menu items" content element in a new "parent"-flexi page.

    XML Feed for Google Shopping.

    We would like to have a dynamic XML feed that we can send to google shopping. Each product record should have a field to enable/ disable it on the product feed.

    [SANA PRODUCT] Thank you for sharing this feedback! We have heard this idea more often. For the time being, you could consider using a third-party market place service, such as ChannelEngine or Channeable. They offer all kind of integrations, including data enhancement of the shopping data.

  17. Integrate Item Cross Reference numbers with Sana

    Our industrial customers are buying everything from us through their own procurement systems. They have their own Item Numbers for all Items. We have linked the customers Item Numbers with ours Item Numers using Item Cross Reference Entries in NAV. It would be great if this numbers got synced with Sana so our customers can search for they own item numbers and find the items they are looking for. Item Cross Reference numbers should also be visible in the Customer Assortment lists, and customer should be able to tag Item with their own numbers for example in the Check Out…

  18. Allow all Sana Texts to respond to html/css styling

    Frequently we would like to change the size or styling of a system text string, or include a link, etc. Many of these texts do not respond to styling even when input in the editor's code view.

    It would be awesome to create a content element using the same architecture as the FAQ web pages so that common questions could be embedded on other Flexi-Pages, or within PDPs and PLPs.

  20. Provide a Microsoft Flow connector into the webshop admin - particularly account admin

    Implement a Microsoft Flow connector for Sana Admin. This could be used for several things but my idea is to use it principally for account managment. Flows can now be triggered directly from inside D365 business apps such as Business Central. Thus when a new Customer account is being set up in Business Central and all is correctly configured, a flow is triggered and the account is set up in Sana Admin without the user having to leave Business Central. Sana now has the ability to automatically send out the "Welcome to the webshop" message and this would be triggered…

    [SANA PRODUCT] Thank you for the idea Nicholas. Could you please add some more concrete ideas of flows that you would like to build?

    If a new customer is created in the ERP, a flow could be triggered based on that event, right? I am curious to what extent this is not sufficient and what you exactly miss.
