  1. Product ID links to detail page in Package Contents

    If a SKU is made up of components (Sales BOM in SAP B1, for example) we get a "View package contents" link on the product page. Clicking it gives the "Package Contents" overlay. It would be great if the product ID (and/or name or whole row) could be a link the the product detail page of the component

  2. Use default language setting throughout Sana Admin

    We set a default language in Basic Setup of Sana Admin to something other than "English" (US English).

    On admin pages where the language can be chosen, we have to change the dropdown from "English" to our default (and often forget!)

    It would be great if the selection followed the default set in the Basic Setup

  3. Select currency in the basket

    If a customer has shipping addresses in diffrent countries it would be nice if they can select in which currency they want to pay.

  4. Improve Mailchimp add-on

    Currently the way the Mailchimp add-on is made doesn't enable a proper use of automation capabilities in Mailchimp.
    In order to use Mailchimp ecommerce automation, SANA should use the ecommerce API provided.
    That would enable any SANA website to automatically :
    - Notify best customers with rewards
    - Thank 1st time customers
    - Win back customers that are not coming back
    - Easily retarget abandoned carts
    Additionally, it should be able to handle several customer segments when syncing, so you have the same customer segments in SANA and in MailChimp.

  5. Translations for "Countries" out of NAV

    The names of the countries available in shop is taken from NAV Contries/Regions table. But there is no way to do translations for that. Neither for list in webshop or for order confirmation mails etc.

  6. Terms and conditions as PDF attachment to confirmation email

    We have an issue with one of our shop certificates, the Danish "E-Mærket" certification (https://www.emaerket.dk), requiring that the terms and conditions accepted during checkout is also send attached as a pdf file with the confirmation email sent to the customer, therefor we would like to add an attachment feature for the confirmation email in order to maintain our certification.

    This function could be used for other things as well.

  7. Promo Discounts in SAP

    Promo Discounts on product sets

    Create code with options to assign product set or multiple sets.

    This would be advantageous as some products have lower margins and you ideally don't want to offer discounts on those products. This is the main reason why we don't use discount codes

  8. building webshop navigation tree from path field in erp system.

    As far as I understand the design, it appears that you have to create a topic filter which includes then the ERP fields and settings that act as a filter for that topic in the webshop. If we add an ERP field that contains the path (like /vendor/category/subcat/size) for each item, then sana can build an dependency tree in the database from all these paths and show the possible values of each level of the webshop (i.e show all vendors, then shop all category values of a specific vendor etc etc) Using this method the webshop tree is controlled by…

  9. Turn the shop in Maintenance mode

    It would be nice if you can make a setting to turn the shop in maintaince mode, so at the shop site you only see one page that the shop is underconstuction.

  10. collect payment for overdue balance

    working in a similar way to the 9.3 credit limit validation, it would be good to have the option to warn/force payments from customers with an overdue balance. e.g. they may be within their credit limit (or not), but have unpaid invoices that have passed their due date, for which payment could be collected through sana in the context of placing a new order.

  11. Ingenico PSP > Sync payment status between Sana

    As from Sana 9.3 a new scheduled task is availble in the Sana backoffice (https://help.sana-commerce.com/sana-commerce-93/user_guide/tools/scheduled-tasks/sync-payment-statuses-between-sana-and-psp)

    As of today this task only supports Authorize.NET.

    Please also make this available for the Ingenico Platform, as our customers expierience different payment statusses between Sana and Ingenico.

  12. Change the order of products in the shopping cart

    When a customer adds products to his basket, the order in which the products are shown in the basket are not making sence. The product that is choosen last, is showed at the top op the basket and the item first selected is on the bottom.

    It's more logical that you will get an overwiew of what you selected from 1 to ... So the item you selected first, will be on the first position in te basket. Our B2B customers complained about this functionality and so we made some customization.

  13. Click & Collect

    A shopping facility whereby a customer can buy or order goods from a store's website and collect them from a local branch.

    It would be great to be able to offer a click & collect option, so the user can select from a list which store to collect the item/s from. Obviously, stock at that location would need to be considered, so if the item is out of stock at the customer's specified location, click & collect cannot be used.   14. Error unclear on flexipage

    When an error occurs while editing a flexipage on a collapsed content element. It should expand the element. Now it jumps to the right tab but the error is on one of the collapsed elements making it unclear for the customer where the problem is.

  15. Add Description 2 in the product title

    It would be nice if customers can add the description 2 in de product description (title). NAV has 50 characters in the description and a lot of customers use description 2 to add extra product information.

    In NAV it is also possible to translate description 2 in the same tabe as the description. If you add for example the discription 2 as a product specification it would be logic that the translation from NAV is used.

  16. Breadcrumb for flexi-pages

    SANA does provide breadcrumb for catalog pages, however, even if you do structure your flexi-pages URL with category/subcategory/page, there is no option to add a breadcrumb to the created flexi-pages which prevents a proper content discovery by the user (and doing this by hand is long and subject to mistakes, not to mention the update needed if you're moving/adding new section as time goes on).

  17. Use the SMTP Sender option on form mails

    All of the form mails come from the common address of the store. If you hit Reply, you are sending the response back to the store, not the customer! The Sender option would send replies to the customer and allow software like "CRM for Outlook" for SAP B1 to match the customer email address to a Business Partner automatically. No more guessing which BP has sent the email!

  18. Override the product name on the store

    Aside from language translations, it would be good if we could override the item name. We can kind of do it on product detail pages with the Title field but List/Search pages still use the Item Name from ERP. This might include info or codes that help our internal processing but look ugly on a customer facing site. If running multiple sites from one ERP, it could allow a "trade-speak" name on B2B-focussed sites and a more friendly name on B2C sites.

  19. Allow updating of UDF when posting Sales Order

    The Customer Account creation allows you to update UDFs on the BP Master Data. It would be great if we could have an admin function where we could select a UDF from Marketing Documents and give a value e.g. a UDF for Source of Order to be set to "W" for Web.

  20. Make the exploded view page functionality (cf. northkiteboarding) available as an add-on

    Example: https://shop.northkiteboarding.com/en-gb/spareparts_kites/spareparts_rebel2018

    This would suit a lot of our customers with B2B or B2C spare parts webshops, who are struggling with how to clearly show spare parts of a BOM article, being able to go the spare part product page to order it by clicking on an area of an an exploded view image.
