Allow customers to sort the items in the ordertemplate.
Once created, you cannot change the order of items in the ordertemplate anymore at the moment.
Some customers structure this list according to the layout of their warehouse. So if the order can made the same as the warehouse, the ordering can be done faster.
Now the sorting is as items are added in shopping basket and the saved as order template. But if the sorting order changes, you have to do everything again from the beginning.2 votes
Content Elements: More Options for Image Tiles (as in Flexi tiles - Row settings)
It could be nice to also have options for image tiles. Instead of the four column tile, I really could use only a one column tile (but that one with a function that allows me to place 4 one-column tiles in a row and the possibility to switch place/order easily).
We have a lot of products that change constantly, and I need to delete one of the products in the row. That means a lot of work...4 votes

When customers order on a tablet and are in the basket they will click by accident on the empty basket. And then the basket is cleared without a question. It would be better if the empty basket button is in another place (not above the next step button) and if there is a question “are you sure you want to delete all items?”3 votes
[SANA PRODUCT] We have heard this feedback more often. That’s why we have hired a Product Owner UX recently, who will work on the entire redesign of our front-end and Sana Admin. This specific idea is indeed on his list. We will first continue with renewing our Front-end Framework (ReactJS). We expect to provide a much smoother user experience in the future and we will definitely tackle this topic.
It would be nice if you can make a setting to turn the shop in maintaince mode, so at the shop site you only see one page that the shop is underconstuction.15 votes
[SANA PRODUCT] We are in the last stage of our investigation a new toggle in Sana Admin so that the shop owner itself can put the shop in maintenance mode. This feature could also be used during the pre-live time. A specific message will appear on the front-end to inform the web store visitors (Sana text). If we have a final release date, we will update you.
We sell to B2B only and want to all the shop accounts to have be account type "contact". There are multiple reasons for that, for example statistics and other business processes.
But if we select "Contact" the possibility to set account role disappears, and this really limits the self service in Sana for our customers. It would be awesome to have account role for contacts as well!12 votes
Add functionality so that when a customer purchases a subscription through our web shop, they can “opt-in” to have us automatically charge their credit card for all renewals. Sana (or an add-on) would manage the credit card info and allow the user to choose card, update card, etc. Sana would pass a token to the ERP to maintain PCI.2 votes
We would like to have multiple values per characteristic. For example; a certain product can be mounted using Glue, Screws and Rivets. In SAP ECC we are able to have multiple values, but Sana only displays 1 value.

Sana already have a search product functionality, but miss another part which dramatically will improve user experience - this is the content search.
So, Sana should have a content search functionality that customers may search over product pages, flexi pages, news and faq content.79 votes
[SANA PRODUCT] This is a very good idea. We are investigating how we can improve our search engine. Expanding the search functionality with covering content (flexi-pages and potentially also documents), but also a smarter engine are definitely part of this search engine 2.0. This investigation is currently ongoing.
Required import/export functionality in Sana admin for entire content (product pages, flexi pages, etc.) or parts of content (with option to select items to import and export).
This will help to move content between different environments or efficiently work with 3rd parties (for example with content translation agencies).91 votes
[SANA PRODUCT] We are currently working on re-building our front-end based on the newest technology (React). We are also redesigning the CMS part which we call the “Visual Designer”.

As a shop owner with customers and warehouses in many countries, it would be nice if you could assign a specific D365 company to a country in Sana, so that orders and customers from that country would be created in the country specific company in D365.
Today we need to make a new shop for each company, and that multiplies maintenance.6 votes
Add support for creating expressions similar to the Data Validation rules for setting up the Customer Assortment list, or add Customer Segments to the Sales Type filter list. We have item restrictions that are not always able to be captured by the current capabilities but which are not possible to manage manually.6 votes
[SANA PRODUCT] Thank you for the suggestion. We have recently added functionality (in Microsoft ERPs) to increase the possibilities of the item configuration, to include item fields and attributes as well as individual items and groups.

As of right now, there's only one default unit of measure when buying through Sana.
For B2C customers it only makes sense that they buy individual pieces. But for B2B costumers I would love to see them presented with the option of buying a full box as default, without having to change the settings for end consumer as well.
This would make the platform more friendly towards being able to handle both B2B and B2C well.
If a product is temporarly out of stock, it would nice for the user to have an option to be alerted when the item is available again.
From the given product page, he would just have to click on a button "alert me when available" and to give his email address (or to sign in if he already has an account).
When the product is back for sale, an email would be automagically sent to him.66 votes
SANA only relies on sales hierarchy (MVKE). Not all organizations use that and only use the basic hierarchy (MARA). Maintaing the sales hierarchy is additional master data maintenance. Maybe an idea to have an option to also use the basic hierarchy.2 votes
If VAT validation check is mandatory for B2B customer registration you only have the possibility to check EU VIES database. Due to regular maintenance of each member state, vat service if often not available for a short or longer period of time (france 3 weeks!). I propose for a fall-back logic in Sana that queries a secondary cached database of vat numbers from selected member states such as benelux/dach/france. I checked vatlayer, vatsense and vatapi but none of them offer this services.2 votes

Product specifications are now site wide, It would be neat to have an page specific option as well, like you got for sorting fields, facette filters etc.4 votes
If want to register new B2B customers via the webshop, you want to check if they are reliable. To check new B2B customers a connection /API with the Chamber of Commerce is a great help. You also get the correct data, like VAT number, company name and adress.3 votes
Allow content blocks to be saved to a library for future use, or for easy insertion into another page. For example, a holiday sale graphic or a promotional video that applies to many items could be quickly reused or inserted into a new page.4 votes
[SANA PRODUCT] Great idea! The focus for Sana Product for 2019 will be design. Under this “theme” we are going to improve Sana in various ways. One of the ideas that we are now implementing is a Visual Composer. Re-usable content, such as a holiday banner that a shop owner wants to re-use in various places, is definitely one of the things that will be part of this big journey.
Update the CK Editor to include more formatting options--in particular support for text color and highlighting, and table creation.5 votes
