[SANA PRODUCT] Hi Bruno, it is currently possible for tax to display including or excluding tax depending on the value in the customer card in NAV/AX. E.g. B2B customer would have Prices including tax disable and a B2C customer would have the setting enabled. That way they could see pricing specific to their needs.

[SANA PRODUCT] Thank you for the feedback! Such a change will require changes on both the web store side and ERP side. As we're currently very busy with project jupiter's scope, it will not make the next release. However, such a request does come up from time to time so we'll consider this as a future enhancement post-project jupiter.

[SANA PRODUCT] You are right that we don't have a "Facebook add-on", but social feeds could be easily embedded with our Code Content Block. Have you considered that?

[SANA PRODUCT] This is a great idea, and definitely on our radar. The challenge here is that it differs from ERP to ERP how we deal with these scenarios. We have customized this feature a couple of times, and might productize it at some point, but most likely not in the upcoming months due to other priorities.

[SANA PRODUCT] Nice example Bruno! I shared this example with the other Product Owners within the team. Good inspiration and well implemented!

[SANA PRODUCT] We are currently working on re-building our front-end based on the newest technology (React). You can find more information on this on our Roadmap Portal (https://roadmap.sana-commerce.com). We might introduce a new feature like this in our new front-end, but this is still uncertain.

For the time being, you could consider using the Code Content Element and embed a form from Google Forms / TypeForm / Microsoft Forms. This will already provide a good solution for most cases.

You can find a useful tutorial on our Sana Help:

    https://help.sana-commerce.com/sana-commerce-93/user_guide/web-pages/custom-forms

[SANA PRODUCT] The meta description fields are auto populated based on the Product Description. It’s also possible to override this auto populating when manually adding a Meta Description under the Advanced Tab while editing a product in Sana Admin. If that’s not working for you properly, please contact your Service Consultant.

Which fields from SAP B1 would you like to populate as the Meta Description?

[SANA PRODUCT] Thanks for these comments! In Sana 9.3.0, it’s possible to configure how prices are shown. This applies to the entire web store, and not on customer level. If we understand you correctly, you are looking for a configuration so that the shop account owner itself can change this setting as well, right?

For completeness’ sake: you can find more information on our Sana Help under the paragraph “Price presentation”:

Hello, at this moment we offer quite some flexibility with the Code content block, available from Sana 9.3.0. We believe this content block gives you all the flexibility to add content from e.g. Social accounts.
Would it be an idea to take a look at the options in our 9.3 demo store, to determine this would help you out?
Please get in touch with f.deroon@sana-commerce.com.

[SANA PRODUCT] Good idea Jorgen! We are now working on improving our product suggestions based on a self learning AI model in general. We will take your feature request into account in this.

Thank you for your feedback! With Sana 9.3, it will be possible to show content blocks on the basket / check-out pages. Have you also considered showing "Check-out Offers" (Sana Admin > Promotions > Checkout offers)? In the future, we might implement more AI driven data, such as basket related product sets.
