[SANA PRODUCT] We have this feedback on our radar. The challenge here is that we sell Sana globally, and each country has it’s own taxonomy / rules for zip codes and cities. There are multiple third-party companies that are specialized in validating this information. Some of our customers customize Sana and implement this validation there. To what extent can ZIP code validation be done on the ERP side in your experience?

[SANA PRODUCT] We are currently working on building a so-called “Front-end API”. For the technical people: we are implementing ReactJS as our new frontend framework. We expect to release this by the end of 2019. Having a frontend API is crucial for our first steps towards a Progressive Web App (PWA). With this PWA, we might also include a barcode scanner.

As a shop owner with 7 pickup locations this would be very nice, but a "pickup" screen would bee needed as well on the pickup location, perhaps with the possibility to pay on pickup, so you could go to the Sana screen on the pickup location and pay for your order without login in, so it would be ready for the next customer right away. Payment on pickup location through normal payment options should update the payment status on the order in D365 as well, so we can trigger order flow at the warehouse.

As a shop owner we have the same problem, all new items we can still produce, and deliver fast even though we have no stock, so these items should always be available. But older items that we no longer produce should only be available as long as there still is stock.

So the option to set this parameter on a specific item would be nice, or the possibility to link this function to the product lifecycle in D365 so that active items could always be available and discontinued items availability would depend on stock.

[SANA PRODUCT] We are now working on a big project called Design 2.0. In the scope of this project, we are also working on redesigning all pages and the design flexibility. This project will be released in portions. It might very well that we will improve the Product Detail Page with the functionality to use product videos in the display carousel.

The current Mailchimp add-on does not work for us at all, as you can only specify a API key, but not a Unique ID for list as well, meaning that the data would not go to the right place in mailchimp! As we are using different list for different shops..

I think that is related to the store layout, we use the "Claudine B2B design pack" for our B2B webshop, and it works fine, if you try to access any url you get directed to the login page if you are not logged in.

please feel free to take a look, www.heatlets.com

[SANA PRODUCT] We are currently working on re-building our front-end based on the newest technology (React). You can find more information on this on our Roadmap Portal (https://roadmap.sana-commerce.com). We might introduce a new feature like this in our new front-end, but this is still uncertain.

For the time being, you could consider using the Code Content Element and embed a form from Google Forms / TypeForm. This will already provide a good solution for most cases.

You can find a useful tutorial on our Sana Help:

    https://help.sana-commerce.com/sana-commerce-93/user_guide/web-pages/custom-forms

Hi there, you can "almost" do this already :-)

Sana has the option on each shop account to hide/display price on that login, which will solve you case regarding the prices. We use that for some of our B2B customers.

Regarding the look and feel you can actually hide/display menu items, pages etc. using customer segments (we do that as well) so some shop accounts see a whole different shop.

I think that will get you pretty far :-)

P.S. If you are running AX/D365 you can play around with auto charges as well

We strongly need this as well, but would like to keep the customer delivery address (end customer delivery address), and have the Sana custom fields already existing on the sales order header and intended for the pickup address filed out with the pickup location, as this could also be a shipping provider pickup location, or at least give the option to choose.
